I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with AB Homes! The finished product of our dream home was far beyond our expectations. Brandon pays very close attention to detail and ensures the highest quality work at every step along the way. All of the workers were so kind when we came by for visits with our two young children who were very interested in the work that was being done. We were so surprised and impressed at not only how quick the building process was, but also the quality of work in such a short amount of time. Dan was great to work with and so patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and had a lot of requests. Erica was so helpful and patient when making our selections for floors, countertops, cabinets, etc. We highly recommend AB Homes if you are looking for a quality custom home!

Dan and Erica with AB homes did an incredible job of giving us exactly what we asked for with our home build, as well as helping us sell our old home. 10/10 would recommend them and utilize them again if we needed to!

We recently moved into our new AB home and love it. Dan made this process easy and stress free for both me and my husband. I would highly recommend this builder for your new home. They listen to what you want in a home and accommodate. Looking forward to spending many years in our new home.

AB Homes built our dream home for us. We love everything about it. They offer so many standards that most builders charge as upgrades. We haven't had one issue with the quality of the work and we have been in our new home for a year and a half at this point. They finished on time and we got to approve everything along the way. We even customized our floor plan. Awesome company!

I can't say enough about AB Homes. They didn't just build a house, they crafted a truly remarkable home that reflects our vision. The team saw our ideas and also brought up items that homeowners don't traditionally think of like bullnose corner beads, outdoor porch top outlets for Christmas lights, and soffit lighting. AB Homes guarantees a truly bespoke experience.

We just recently closed on our dream home built by AB Homes. From start to finish Dan was amazing. Always there to answer questions and assist with any changes we wanted to make. We were able to completely flip the layout of the Grayson model we chose. We were also able to remove walls and change several other large details from the model. So you really can customize your dream home with them. The quality and attention to details has exceeded our expectations and we are so thankful for our beautiful forever home. We are loving getting settled in and truly enjoying our home.

I don't even know where to start. Working with Dan and the AB Homes team was an incredible experience. From the first time we met with Dan, I knew him and Brandon were going to make our dreams and prayers come to life! If you are ready to build your dream home these are the guys you want to work with!!!! They have built an outstanding company. I pray the Lord continues to bless them!

8 years in my AB Home and still Love it. Brandon and Dan are great to work with and go above and beyond to make your home your Dream Home.

Dan and Brandon of AB homes did an AMAZING JOB in building our first and forever home! Connie our mortgage banker did an AMAZING job as well working with us. I can never say enough good things about these individuals, if your looking to buy a house, don't look any further, call AB homes!

I am glad that my husband and I chose AB Homes to build our dream house. The unique style of build on the inside was absolutely STUNNING which makes this company outshine all others. We couldn't have asked for a better builder. The building process was a breeze and most importantly, Dan, Kayla, Nick and his team provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service. If looking for a customized home to build, AB homes is the way to go.

I highly recommend AB Homes! They made building a home stress-free and enjoyable. Starting with Dan Lawson (builder's realtor) and all the way through the contractors, everyone was helpful, professional and very responsive. We've been in our new home for a little over 2 months and we just love it more and more every day. If you're going to build, build what YOU want.... and AB Homes can help you do it!

AB homes built us an amazing home! Seriously Dan was amazing, Nick and the crew did a great job and we are so very happy with our home! The home came with upgrades already but the window treatment, carpet selections and other "standard" features by far surpassed the competition! Thank you thank you!

Was a great company to work with. The process went relatively smoothly considering the economic climate we were in. Nick think was and still is super responsive with questions and concerns. Brandon is quick to step in and answer questions as well. For those wanting a solid home in rural area this is the way to go.

Great Experience! My client recently to closed on their #DreamHome - one of their builds. It was spectacular quality, and service throughout the process. Looking for QUALITY New Construction in Suffolk? Give me a call I know folks at ABHomes that can get it done. Oh! We didn't close on time… we closed early!!

I brought my client's to look at their model and we were blown away by the craftsmanship. My clients have decided to go with the AB Homes Builders for their Dream Home to be built.

AB Homes does quality work and their homes are immaculate! I would definitely recommend them to build your dream home.

Just closed on our new AB home and WOW! This builder is amazing from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the home or the experience!

Great service and great people to work with!! I love my new home

We can not say enough about AB Homes. From beginning to end, Dan was right there guiding us and making sure we were comfortable with the entire experience. We did not want another new construction home after our last experience, but we were so impressed with their models- we decided to give AB a try. Our home is absolutely gorgeous and we have them to thank for it. Nick was also awesome in the last minute details before closing and we even closed on our home early, which was a wonderful surprise! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

We went with AB Homes to build our first house so we really didn't know what to expect. Dan and the rest of the team made the process extremely easy for us. Any questions were always welcomed and answered quickly. There were a few delays due to covid/shipping and were definitely no fault of AB Homes, but those delays were always quickly communicated. We absolutely love our new home and I feel like no one else in the area offers the same quality homes and awesome service and support. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing builder! Recently assisted my client to close on one of there builds. It was spectacular quality, with hardly nothing on a home inspection found, which was already being corrected by the builder anyway. Looking for a #newhime that is #newconstruction, then look no farther, I can get you started with a new home from #ABHomes!

Moving out of state is always a challenge but AB Homes made our dreams come true. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home. Highly recommend.

Dan can answer any question you have and is wonderful dude to work with. Not only cared for us as a customer but like family!!

We were a military family stationed in Japan about to purchase our first home. Found AB Homes and started talking to Dan and we put him and Brandon through the wringer! We looked for about 6 months for the perfect piece of land and Dan and Brandon checked out each one for us and advised whether it was a good build site or not, even helping bring up small details we would have never thought of! After finding the perfect piece of land we made several modifications to one of their existing floor plans to fit our family just right to include custom doors to accomdate a doggie door for our furbaby! There was never an issue with anything we asked and as first time home buyers making a purchase without ever being able to see anything in person, we asked a ton of questions. Dan and the team at AB Homes were there the support us the whole way! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and if we ever decide to build another house they will be our FIRST choice!
